4. DUE
TO ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES COMPANY
On
March 25, 2011, Magnus Management (2006) Ltd. (an
administrative services company) advanced $15,000 on behalf
of the Company to the Company’s law firm in connection
with the Company’s planned public offering (see Note
8). The $15,000 advance due Magnus does not bear interest and
is due on demand.
