On March 25, 2011, Magnus Management (2006) Ltd. (an administrative services company) advanced $15,000 on behalf of the Company to the Companys law firm in connection with the Companys planned public offering. The $15,000 advance due to Magnus was non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand. This advance was repaid in May 2014. |
